User Data Deletion

Email help@astralos.net from the email address associated with your Astral AI account. Use the subject line "User data deletion request".

Include the account email address, workspace name if relevant, and any connected service involved in the request, such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or another integration.

We may need to verify your identity and account authority before deleting data. If your data belongs to a workspace controlled by another owner or administrator, we may need to coordinate the request through that workspace.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data we are required to delete, subject to legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and legitimate business retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

If your request relates to data received through a connected service, tell us which service was used. Removing Astral AI from a third-party account may not automatically delete data already processed by Astral AI, so email us to complete the request.
