Astral AI is operated by MONICORE PORTAL L.L.C, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, Astral AI, we, us, and our mean MONICORE PORTAL L.L.C and the Astral AI website, products, apps, APIs, agents, workspaces, and related services at astralos.ai and connected Astral AI domains.

By creating an account, accessing the website, using the Services, joining a workspace, connecting an integration, buying credits, or instructing an agent to act, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Astral AI for a company, organization, or workspace, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

Astral AI is intended for professionals, founders, teams, and other users old enough to manage an online work account. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your local law requires a higher minimum age.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity under your account, workspace, agents, API keys, connected accounts, and invited users.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, workspace, credentials, or connected services have been compromised.

Astral AI is organized around workspaces. Workspace owners and administrators may control workspace membership, settings, agents, billing, connected services, memory settings, artifacts, routines, and other workspace resources.

If you join a workspace controlled by someone else, your activity and content in that workspace may be visible to the workspace owner, administrators, agents, and other members according to workspace settings and permissions.

Workspace owners are responsible for their members, their connected services, their workspace content, and ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to process data through Astral AI.

Astral AI provides an agentic AI workspace where users can communicate with AI agents, create and manage workspaces, run chats, create artifacts, use memory, execute tools, run sandboxes, connect third-party services, schedule routines, and use related features.

Features may be experimental, usage-limited, waitlisted, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may add, remove, modify, or restrict features as the product evolves.

We may impose reasonable limits on messages, credits, model usage, sandboxes, storage, files, integrations, APIs, routines, rate limits, and other platform resources.

Astral AI uses automated systems and third-party AI models to generate responses, summarize content, use tools, create memories, run routines, and perform requested work. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving outputs before relying on them, publishing them, using them in production, sending them to others, or making decisions based on them.

Do not rely on Astral AI as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, safety, security, or other expert advice. You are responsible for human review where the stakes require it.

Agents may take actions through tools, sandboxes, integrations, and connected services when you authorize or configure those capabilities. You are responsible for the instructions you give agents and the consequences of actions taken on your behalf.

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, create, import, or generate through the Services, subject to rights held by others and applicable law.

You grant Astral AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, adapt, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to provide content to Astral AI and to instruct Astral AI to process it.

You are responsible for your content, including prompts, messages, files, code, data, instructions, outputs, connected-service data, and content generated by agents acting under your account or workspace.

Astral AI, the Services, software, user interface, design, brand, logos, systems, APIs, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by MONICORE PORTAL L.L.C or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Astral AI technology to you. You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms and applicable product documentation.

If you send feedback, ideas, suggestions, or improvement requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

You may connect third-party services such as authentication providers, model providers, developer tools, communication providers, payment providers, productivity apps, and other integrations.

When you connect a service or instruct an agent to use it, you authorize Astral AI to access, transmit, receive, store, and process the data and credentials needed to perform the requested actions.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their handling of your data, their actions, or changes they make.

You are responsible for having the right to use connected accounts, API keys, tokens, data, and services. You must not connect accounts or data you are not authorized to use.

Astral AI may offer free plans, paid plans, subscriptions, credit packs, usage-based billing, auto-recharge, add-ons, trials, or promotional credits. Prices, plan limits, and included features may change over time.

Credits are a billing unit for platform usage. Credits may be consumed by model calls, tool usage, sandbox usage, communications, storage, integrations, or other metered services. Usage records in Astral AI are the source of truth for credit debits unless we determine there was a clear billing error.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By making a purchase, you authorize the payment provider and Astral AI to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, credit packs, subscriptions, renewals, and auto-recharge settings.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees and used credits are non-refundable. Purchased credits may be subject to expiration, plan limits, fraud controls, or account-status limits disclosed in the product or checkout flow.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank fees, exchange fees, and payment-provider charges associated with your purchases.

You may not use Astral AI to violate law, infringe rights, abuse others, compromise security, evade rate limits, scrape or exfiltrate data without permission, distribute malware, spam, phish, impersonate others, facilitate violence, exploit minors, or generate or distribute unlawful content.

You may not reverse engineer, attack, overload, probe, bypass, or interfere with the Services or other users' workspaces, accounts, agents, sandboxes, credentials, or data.

You may not use Astral AI to make high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human review, lawful basis, and safeguards. This includes decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, insurance, legal status, or access to essential services.

We may investigate, throttle, suspend, remove content, disable features, or terminate accounts when we believe use violates these Terms, creates risk, or could harm users, third parties, Astral AI, or the public.

You must not access or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, systems, credentials, sandboxes, APIs, or data without permission.

If you discover a vulnerability, report it to security@astralos.ai and do not exploit it, disclose it publicly before we have had a reasonable chance to investigate, or access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue safely.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and give you control over personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using Astral AI at any time. You may also request account or workspace deletion through available product controls or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create legal or security risk, abuse the platform, or if we are required to do so by law or a provider.

After termination, we may retain certain data as described in the Privacy Policy, including billing, security, legal, backup, and workspace-integrity records.

We work to keep Astral AI reliable, but the Services may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, degraded, or changed. We are not liable for downtime, loss of access, provider outages, model-provider failures, integration failures, sandbox failures, or data loss except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may perform maintenance, change infrastructure, replace providers, limit features, or update systems without prior notice when needed for reliability, security, compliance, or product development.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astral AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or that AI outputs, integrations, tools, sandboxes, or connected services will meet your requirements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MONICORE PORTAL L.L.C and its owner, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, substitute services, or unauthorized access, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Astral AI for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MONICORE PORTAL L.L.C, its owner, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, your connected services, your agents' actions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact legal@astralos.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, except where urgent injunctive or equitable relief is needed.

These Terms, together with any applicable order forms, plan terms, product-specific terms, and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Astral AI for the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
